In this engaging class, students will:

  • Learn the fundamentals of blacksmithing: From heating and hammering to shaping and finishing, we'll cover the essential techniques needed to manipulate hot steel.
  • Design and create a unique flower hook: Guided by our experienced blacksmith instructor, students will learn to shape steel into graceful curves and decorative details.
  • Master riveting techniques: Students will learn how to join metal pieces using traditional riveting methods, adding strength and a classic aesthetic to their projects.
  • Explore metal texturing: Discover how to create unique surface patterns and textures using hammers and other tools, adding a personalized touch to your flower hook.
