Homeschool Day | Learning to Hike (K-6th)November 13, 2024 | 10-11:30am
Hiking can be a great way to explore your local area and discover native flora and fauna, but it can be a little daunting to get started. We'll learn how to prepare for a hike, safety tips, and how to respectfully explore nature while you are out through activities. We'll end with a short hike, so please dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes!
$5.00 per participant. NOTE: Parents/guardians must be present, but need not pay for registration. No more than one parent/guardian per participant, please.
