We are so excited to announce that Neighborhood Church is hosting a Homeschool Art Show Saturday, December, 3rd. We hope this gives the local homeschool students a chance to share their creations with friends and family during the holiday season.
The show is open to school age children 5-18. The ages will be split into three groups.
There are four art categories. Students may submit art in up to two categories.
1. Painting/ Drawing : acrylic, watercolor, tempura, charcoal, pencil drawing, pastels, etc.
2. 3D Art: 3-D printing, sculpting, pottery, woodworking, shadowboxes, etc.
3. Thread /Yarn: crochet, knitting, Crosstitch, embroidery, sewing projects, quilting, etc.
4. Photography: Black and white, still life, portraits, film, digital, etc.
If are you not sure which category best fits your students’ creation please message for assistance.
Participating students will receive certificates and ribbons for their work. Additionally, prizes will be awarded for each age group in each category.
Cost is $5 per student with a $10 maximum per family. Scholarship available on a need basis. Please message for more details.
