Centered around the theme of navigating our changing political, policy and consumer landscapes, the following key sessions are in development:

• Horizon scanning - setting out the political landscape impacting Scotland post-general election and the route to the 2026 Holyrood and 2027 Local Government elections​
  
• The political landscape - summary review of the impact of recent policy and regulation on the home building sector followed by a panel debate featuring the leaders of the main political parties on their party’s policies for housing and planning​
  
• The consumer landscape - exploring key issues and public attitudes towards housing and other market​ trends impacting the sector
