Join us at LandSeed’s Community Townhall Series—an open conversation exploring homes designed for real life, attainable homeownership, and the future of village-style community living.

A new home village is being launched near Ottawa, sparking an important conversation about how we can make homeownership more attainable, sustainable, and community-driven. Tay Ridge Village, located in Tay Valley, is one of LandSeed’s first community-driven housing projects, designed around well-planned, attainable homes in a range of sizes, supported by strong neighbourhood connections and a village layout that fits everyday life.
In the format of a public conversation, we will explore how we live today, and how we can live better tomorrow.
This kickoff event brings together residents, community leaders, and housing innovators to discuss how community villages, thoughtfully designed homes, and sustainable neighbourhoods can help Canadians reclaim the dream of homeownership.
