Kids in Costume will meet at the Homer Village Hall at 4:45pm. At 5:15pm the Halloween Parade will head right down the middle of Main St in Homer NY. The parade will end at the Homer Community Building where parade goers can head to the KID ZONE. We will have apple cider and donuts to snack on, costume judging and bounce houses until 7:30pm. The music will be playing until 8pm at The Homer Community Building for everyone to enjoy and possibly do the Chicken Dance!
