About this Event
We are very pleased to be welcoming Elizabeth Adalian back for a further CPD event which will focus on the coming about, the progression and the conclusion of her new book (co-authored with her friend and colleague, Nigel Hargreaves climate scientist and experienced homeopath).
Back in November 2022 Elizabeth presented a full-day seminar on her book ‘Touching Base with Trauma’, rich with case studies and remedies. For this event Elizabeth will take us through the quantum shift she was witnessing at the time of the Covid-19 outbreak and as always, writing and sharing her insights. Nigel, who was overseeing the material shared on Elizabeth’s website, suggested he add his expertise and combine forces to reach a more global readership in the form of this publication.
Elizabeth says:
“At a time of existential crisis, I set out to demonstrate how resilience can be increased to flourish against the odds as the pace of change becomes ever more challenging.
The main elements I wish to share cover the difference between transgenerational trauma (explored in my first book and discussed last time I lectured at NWCH) and traumatisation which we are now witnessing in such an ongoing way.
In this seminar I plan to work through the contents of the book covering aspects affecting society at all levels of development, including:
· Antibiotic resistance discussed with some new insights into different remedies for this.
· Looking at the embryonic aspect of the case
· The effects on the microbiome (the second brain)
· Growing rates of addiction
· Increasing divisions in society and polarisation
· The question of a new miasm
Various remedies are to be discussed, lesser known ones such as Butyric Acid and Prunella Vulgaris. Remedies from the Periodic Table also remedies such as Anhalonium Lewinii (peyote) and Capsicum Annuum (not just as an acute remedy) and discussion of recognising the aspect of oxytocin in the reconciling of the case.
I am very much looking forward to this event and being back at the North West College of Homeopathy.”
Join us at our college venue in Stockport for a day full of inspiring talk and interaction with Elizabeth and the homeopathic community . Our event will start about 9:30am. Tea breaks and an hour for lunch will provide opportunities to meet and chat with other homeopaths, college graduates and students. The event will finish about 5pm. There is ample parking at the venue and a supermarket nearby if you need to buy lunch. Attendees will be emailed the week before the event with details of how to find us but you can email the college at any time if you have any questions: [email protected]
