This class is held at Rosewood Farm & Market- 12 S. Water St. Batavia
Join us for a fun and delicious hands-on pasta class where you’ll learn how to make traditional fresh pasta completely from scratch! In this workshop, we’ll walk through each step—from mixing the dough to rolling, cutting, and cooking fresh noodles using simple techniques you can repeat at home.
We’ll begin with a live demonstration so you can see the process from start to finish, then everyone will roll up their sleeves and create their own pasta. Once noodles are made, we’ll finish with sauces and toppings so you can sit down and enjoy the meal you created!
What you’ll learn:
-how to mix pasta dough
-rolling & shaping techniques
-cutting fettuccine, spaghetti, or ravioli
-sauce pairing and finishing
-helpful tips for pasta night at home
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
What if I have a food allergy?
We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Cancellation Policy?
All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.
Should I eat before class?
All classes you will get to eat what you prepare, so plan on a meal at the end of class.
