About this Event
A mezze platter is a great option for entertaining and weeknight eating, especially because they're easier to throw together than you might think. Learn how to make the dips that hold down a good mezze spread, hummus and tzatziki, as well as perfectly roasted carrots for dipping. You'll get to try some of our favorite things to add to a mezze spread along with ideas on how to incorporate what you already have at home. We'll use dairy in this class.
