The laughter is coming to Lock Haven when Homebrewed Comedy hits the stage at the Hangar 9 Restaurant and Lounge on Saturday, Dec. 7. Paul Spratt is headlining the show and Lennon Free is joining host Mike Peters.The show starts at 8 p.m., but get there early to get some drinks. Tickets are free, so tip the staff really well. Seating begins at 7:30 p.m.
About the comedians:
Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters is the founder of Homebrewed Comedy. He hosts at the Syracuse Funny Bone and Wise Crackers in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcasts, On the Mic with Mike Peters and It’s About Time: A Sopranos Watch Podcast.
Lennon Free has performed stand-up comedy for the last 13 years, from Minnesota to Texas and everywhere in between. He’s a staple of the Harrisburg Comedy Zone and has performed with touring comedians like Earl David Reed, John Caparulo and Shane Gillis.
Paul Spratt has worked in clubs in the tri-state area and scored well in comedy competitions and festivals. Before moving to New York, Spratt began honing his craft in Scranton, Pa. Spratt recorded his first full-length comedy album, “F**k Yeah! Paul’s Here,” in 2017. He’s been featured on Comcast and Sirius XM. He performs at comedy clubs all over the East Coast and is a regular at the Funny Bones in Hartford, Conn., and Albany, N.Y., and Wise Crackers in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
