Homebrewed Comedy at the Hangar 9 Restaurant and Lounge

The laughter is coming to Lock Haven when Homebrewed Comedy hits the stage at the Hangar 9 Restaurant and Lounge on Saturday, Aug. 2. Seth Ruddick is headlining the show and Kasey Nicholson is joining host Mike Peters.

The show starts at 8 p.m., but get there early to get some drinks. Tickets are free, so tip the staff really well. Seating begins at 7:30 p.m.

About the comedians:

Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters is the founder of Homebrewed Comedy. He hosts at the Syracuse Funny Bone and Wise Crackers in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcasts, On the Mic with Mike Peters and It’s About Time: A Sopranos Watch Podcast.

Kasey Nicholson started doing stand-up in Harrisburg, Pa. She returned from the Air Force in 2019 and got back into the Harrisburg fold. Nicholson performs all across Pennsylvania. She’s been at the Church of Satire, the Harrisburg Comedy Zone and the Laughing Stock Comedy Club.

Seth Ruddick is a comedian and producer in Philadelphia. He grew up in Cortland and was a big part of the upstate scene in New York before moving to New Jersey in 2022. He's become a regular face across Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania, and he's performed all over the Northeast. Ruddick unleashes his cantankerous take on his everyday happenings -- from working overnights to his relationships -- much to the audience’s delight. Ruddick has opened for the Reverend Bob Levy and has put thousands of comedy miles on his cars during his career.
