About this Event
The laughter is coming to Binghamton when Homebrewed Comedy hits the stage at the Airport Inn Bar and Grill on Tuesday, Jan. 28. Chris Plumer is headlining the show and Clayton Williams is joining host Mike Peters.
The show starts at 7 p.m., but get there early to get some drinks. It's a free show, so tip the staff super well. Seating begins at 6 p.m.
About the comedians:
Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters is the founder of Homebrewed Comedy. He hosts at the Syracuse Funny Bone and Wise Crackers in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcasts, On the Mic with Mike Peters and It’s About Time: A Sopranos Watch Podcast.
Clayton Williams is a really funny comedian in Buffalo. Throughout his years of comedy, Williams has opened for three pro wrestlers and a magician. He’s also performed with Jim Norton, Judah Friedlander and Michael Ian Black, among others.
Chris Plumer’s hilarious takes on his mundane existence will make you forget that on a long enough timeline, we’re all just basically oil. Buffalo’s Funniest Comic in 2019, Plumer works regularly at the Helium Comedy Club and opens for Chris Porter and Rich Vos. He proves the old adage that laughter is the best placebo to hold us over until the ocean takes us. If you gotta go, go laughing!
