Homebrewed Comedy at Beer Thirty

The laughs are back at Beer Thirty when Homebrewed Comedy comes to Binghamton on Friday, Nov. 1. Zack Hammond is headlining the show and he'll be joined by Eric Camp, Rooster and host Mike Peters.

The show will start at 7 p.m. and seating starts at 6:30. It's a free show, so tip the staff extra well.

About the comedians:

Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters performed at the Funny Bone in Syracuse, the Greenwich Village Comedy Club in New York City, won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcast, On the Mic with Mike Peters.

Rooster is a very funny comedian out of Walton, N.Y. He moved to Binghamton and is raising his Miami Dolphins flag high, no matter what his neighbors say. He’s a father and has the material to prove it. Plus, he’s easy to find in a crowd. He’s the founder of Rufflin’ Feathers Comedy and produces open mics and shows in New York. 

Eric Camp got a late start to his stand-up career, but he’s making up for lost time in a big way. A musician and artist who grew up in Binghamton, he brings a lifetime of questionable decisions onto the stage with him. He’s a father of three and he hopes to make at least one of them proud someday. 

Originally from Maryland, Zack Hammond has been doing stand-up for more than a decade and has traveled all over the country while working on recording his five albums, including his latest, “... Because I’m Considerate.” He performs regularly at Wise Crackers in Scranton and has worked in New York City, Philadelphia and Baltimore and opened for Doug Stanhope. Known for his dark take on life, the world and humanity, Hammond won the 2010 NEPA Comedy Idol and NEPA Scene’s Got Talent in 2015.
