The laughs are back at Beer Thirty when Homebrewed Comedy comes to Binghamton on Thursday, Oct. 24. Paul Spratt is headlining the show and he'll be joined by Becky Wiggins, Will Mullen and host Mike Peters.
The show will start at 7 p.m. and seating starts at 6:30. It's a free show, so tip the staff extra well.
About the comedians:
Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters performed at the Funny Bone in Syracuse, the Greenwich Village Comedy Club in New York City, won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcast, On the Mic with Mike Peters.
Will Mullen is a very funny comedian from Sayre, Pa. A first-time father looking for a nap, Mullen loves to tell a story and will do just about anything to get a laugh.
Becky Wiggins is a comedian in Rome, N.Y. She’s a regular at the Uptown Theater and the Hub in Utica and runs the open mic at Chris’ Grub and Pub in Rome. A realtor in her daily life, Wiggins is always good for a laugh on any stage she touches.
Paul Spratt has worked in clubs in the tri-state area and scored well in comedy competitions and festivals. Before moving to New York, Spratt began honing his craft in Scranton, Pa. Spratt recorded his first full-length comedy album, “F**k Yeah! Paul’s Here,” in 2017. He’s been featured on Comcast and Sirius XM. He performs at comedy clubs all over the East Coast and is a regular at the Funny Bones in Hartford, Conn., and Albany, N.Y., and Wise Crackers in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
