The laughs are back at Beer Thirty when Homebrewed Comedy comes to Binghamton on Tuesday, My 20. Freddy G is headlining the show and he'll be joined by Stephen Brown, Edwin Rivera and host Mike Peters.

The show will start at 7 p.m. and seating starts at 6:30. It's a free show, so tip the staff extra well.

About the comedians:

Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters performed at the Funny Bone in Syracuse, the Greenwich Village Comedy Club in New York City, won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcast, On the Mic with Mike Peters.

Edwin Rivera is a natural entertainer. Whether it’s on the soccer field or with a microphone in hand, he will make sure you’re smiling before he’s done. A Colombian native, Rivera thrives when the attention is on him. And as long as he’s out of the house, his wife is happy, too.

Stephen Brown is a comedian from Binghamton who is way too open for his own good. He’s able to turn the most embarrassing situations in his life into comedic currency for everybody to enjoy. He won the Clash of the Comics at the Syracuse Funny Bone in 2023, has opened for Steve Byrne and performed at the Uptown Comedy Festival and the Finger Lakes Comedy Festival. He also hosts the open mic and comedy showcase at Crooked Mouth in Endicott, N.Y.

FreddyG is a stand-up comic from New York City. His jokes and sketches have more than 45 million views on Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok. He’s a regular at New York Comedy Club, QED and The Grisly Pear. His stand-up has been heard on Sirius XM and NPR. He’s been lucky enough to do stand-up at shows and festivals all across America and bars and clubs in Canada from Coast to Coast. He also has a podcast and YouTube Channel called The Vanquished, which is about presidential candidate losers.
