People of Ari is proud to present Home within Home, an immersive solo exhibition by her. (Patcharaporn Kwansangwan), an independent artist based in Thailand. Inspired by her illustrated picture book Where’s a Home?, this exhibition expands the story into a multi-sensory journey of light, sound, and installation art. Spread across both floors of our creative space, originally a family home in Ari, the exhibition transforms each area into a metaphorical pathway of self-discovery. Audiences are invited to walk through the spaces as though moving through the rooms of their own inner home, reflecting on the questions:
What’s a home?
Where’s a home?
Who’s a home?
Alongside the exhibition, Home within Home will also feature curated programs including music, theatre performances, and themed workshops, extending the experience into a living dialogue between art, body, and community.
We welcome you to step inside, explore, and perhaps discover the many little “homes” that surround and reside within us all.

Artist Profile
Patcharaporn Kwansangwan or 'her.' is an independent Thai artist with a lifelong passion for handmade crafts and storytelling through images. Since childhood, she has dreamed of creating her own picture books as a way to narrate personal stories and perspectives on life. Her practice centres on analogue techniques such as hand painting and paper collage, with a distinctive use of light as a symbol of hope. Many of her works are created by arranging materials into miniature theatre-like settings, which are then photographed to become the final artwork. This process reflects her belief that “some truths only reveal themselves when light shines through.”
Beyond illustration and installation, her. also creates interactive art objects such as prints, postcards, handmade journals, and zines. Many of these works are designed to be touched, unfolded, or played with, allowing audiences to experience art in a more intimate and participatory way. For her, art is not only something to be observed, but something to live with and carry into everyday life. Her works invite viewers to experience art not only visually but also emotionally, encouraging reflection on resilience, memory, and belonging.

People of Ari ภูมิใจนำเสนอนิทรรศการ Home within Home โดย her. หรือ พัชราภรณ์ ควรสงวน ศิลปินอิสระชาวไทย ผู้ซึ่งมีความฝันมายาวนานในการสร้างสรรค์หนังสือภาพเพื่อเล่าเรื่องราวชีวิตและการเดินทางภายในของตนเอง
นิทรรศการนี้ต่อยอดมาจากหนังสือภาพ Where’s a Home? ผลงานเขียนและภาพประกอบโดยศิลปินคนเดียวกัน นำมาขยายความเพิ่มเติมเป็นนิทรรศการศิลปะจัดวางเชิงประสบการณ์ ที่นำเสนอทั้ง ผลงานจากหนังสือภาพต้นฉบับ และศิลปะจัดวาง (installation art) ที่ผสานการจัดแสง เสียง และภาพฉาย ให้ผู้ชมได้เดินสำรวจเสมือนกำลังเยี่ยมบ้านหลังหนึ่ง.. บ้านที่เปรียบเปรยถึงร่างกาย จิตใจ และความทรงจำภายในของเราเอง
คำถามที่เรียบง่ายแต่สำคัญอย่าง "บ้านคืออะไร?" "บ้านอยู่ที่ไหน?" และ "ใครคือบ้านของเรา?" ถูกสอดแทรกอยู่ในพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ เพื่อชวนผู้ชมค่อย ๆ เดินทาง ตั้งคำถาม และค้นหาความหมายของ “บ้าน” ในแบบของตัวเอง
นอกจากนิทรรศการหลักแล้ว Home within Home ยังมีกิจกรรมพิเศษที่จัดแสดงในพื้นที่นิทรรศการ เช่น การแสดงดนตรี ละครเวที และเวิร์กชอปต่าง ๆที่ออกแบบเนื้อหาให้สอดคล้อง และต่อยอดแนวคิดจากผลงานของ her. ให้ผู้ชมได้มีส่วนร่วม และสร้างบทสนทนาที่มีคุณค่าต่อไปไม่รู้จบ
เราขอเชิญทุกท่านเข้ามาสำรวจบ้านหลังเล็ก ๆ ที่ซ่อนอยู่ภายใน และบางที…คุณอาจได้พบ “บ้าน” อีกหลายหลังที่โอบล้อมตัวคุณอยู่รอบ ๆ

ประวัติศิลปิน
พัชราภรณ์ ควรสงวน ทำงานศิลปะภายใต้ชื่อ "her." เธอเป็นศิลปินอิสระชาวไทย ผู้หลงใหลในงานทำมือและศิลปะการเล่าเรื่องผ่านภาพ เธอมีความฝันตั้งแต่วัยเด็กที่จะสร้างสรรค์หนังสือภาพของตนเอง เพื่อบอกเล่าเรื่องราวและถ่ายทอดมุมมองชีวิต ผลงานของเธอส่วนใหญ่ใช้เทคนิคทำมือ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเพนต์ด้วยมือ หรือการทำคอลลาจกระดาษ โดดเด่นด้วยการใช้ “แสงสว่าง” เป็นสัญลักษณ์แทนความหวัง ซึ่งมักถูกนำมาจัดวางในรูปแบบคล้ายโรงละครขนาดเล็ก ก่อนจะถูกถ่ายภาพออกมาเป็นผลงานสุดท้าย วิธีการนี้สะท้อนแนวคิดของศิลปินที่เชื่อว่า “ความจริงบางอย่างจะปรากฏชัดเจนก็ต่อเมื่อมีแสงส่องผ่าน”
ผลงานของ her. ไม่ได้จำกัดอยู่เพียงภาพวาดหรือการจัดวาง แต่ยังรวมถึงงานที่ผู้ชมสามารถมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ได้ด้วย เช่น แผ่นพิมพ์ โปสการ์ด สมุดภาพทำมือ หรือหนังสือภาพ (zine) ที่ออกแบบให้ฉีก พับ เล่นกับแสง หรือกลายเป็นภาพป๊อปอัพ ศิลปินเชื่อว่าศิลปะควรถูกสัมผัสและมีชีวิตอยู่ร่วมกับผู้คน ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่ให้มองดูจากระยะไกล
