The Cathedral of All Souls presentsHome for the Sparrow
“The sparrow has found her a home, and the swallow a nest where she may have her young.”
The Arts Commission of the Cathedral of All Souls calls on regional builders, artists, and bird lovers to submit an original birdhouse to Home for the Sparrow, a design contest for bird houses.
Original birdhouses will be selected from submissions for a month-long display in October, 2024, on the grounds of the Cathedral, on Swan Street in Biltmore Village. Prizes will be offered for design quality, sustainability of materials, imagination. There will be a special prize for builders 15 and under. Donors and amounts TBA.
