WHAT YOU WILL LEARN- Stack and fill cake with buttercream and crumb coat
- Preparing, filling, and holding a piping bag (including the prevention of air-bubbles)
- Students will choose their colour scheme and colour pre-made buttercream
- The use of a turntable and other tools to assist decorating
- Creating decorations using silicone moulds and fondant
- The application of glitter and sprinkles

- Long hair is tied back for class
