Winter Salsa Class Workshop
Learn how to make salsa during the winter months and with your harvest in th summer. In our hands-on class and take a jar home! Salsa can be a fun and easy way to preserve tomatoes to enjoy all year. You will receive tested and reviewed salsa recipes that mix low acidic foods such as onions and peppers with acidic foods such as tomatoes. So get a head start on how to make salsa for this coming summer and enjoy canning in the winter.
