Learn how to cultivate gourmet mushrooms like Lion’s Mane, Blue Oyster, and Chestnut in your own home, guided by expert cultivators. This 2-hour session takes you through the complete mushroom life cycle, from working with agar plates and liquid cultures to creating grain spawn and activating fruiting flushes. Whether you’re a hobbyist or a foodie, this class will equip you with everything needed to harvest fungi in your kitchen.

Meet the Instructor:Bri is a mycophile based in the Pacific Northwest dedicated to myco-education. She has passionate obsession with learning about different mushroom species and their unique way of surviving in their ecosystem.
You can find her in the woods, in the lab, at the dinner table; studying fungi. She has participated in mushroom forays across the United States, and leads guided fungi walks close to home in Washington.
