About this Event
Join us on Wednesday 23rd October 10.30am at Leamington Library for a free coffee morning composting workshop to find out more about composting at home. Whether you are just starting or have been composting for years but are having a few problems with your compost bin, we can help you create a fabulously rich soil conditioner out of your unwanted food and garden waste. The sessions are run by the Warwickshire Waste Partnership to help reduce the amount of food and garden waste being thrown away.
Sessions will last approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour including a question and answer session.
If you are a Warwickshire resident and attend the workshop you will be eligible to buy a 330 litre compost bin for £8.00 (RRP £49.95), from Princes Drive Recycling Centre in Leamington Spa. Limited to one cut price compost bin per household. For more information and directions to Princes Drive Recycling Centre, please visit our webpage www.warwickshire.gov.uk/hwrc.
You must be a Warwickshire resident to claim the £8 compost bin.
Booking essential. Please cancel your ticket if you cannot attend to make your space available to other people.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the workshop is due to start.
