Join author and homesteader Ashley English in HOME CANNING 101 as she discusses the science, safety, and joy of water bath canning.
In this class, Ashley will go into deep detail about: equipment, ingredients, canning chemistry, microorganisms, altitude adjustments, and troubleshooting tips.
She'll also share her favorite summertime recipes for creating: Berry Jam, Pickled Dilly Beans, Peach & Lavender Butter, Sweet Pickle Relish, and Chow Chow.
Class cost is $35, and includes instruction, handouts, and samples.
