Come on by and get your locally grown vegetables/fruits, local honey, gourmet ice cream, granola, tamales, plants and so much more!If you are a home baker and would like to apply for March 29th, here are the details. Home bakers must follow the Texas Cottage Food Industry Law HB 970. Cheesecakes, Flan, Tres Leches, Pumpkin Pies, Cream pies, Meringue pies and Custard pies are not allowed to be sold by a home baker under the Cottage Food Industry Law HB 970, so please do not plan on selling them at the event. Must have a current Food Handlers Certificate (no home baker will be approved without one). Labels must be on each product and they must meet the Cottage Food Law requirements.
