The decision to cancel a screening can be made at any point, including during the screening, as weather conditions are unpredictable. Patrons acknowledge the possibility of unfavourable weather on a screening night and understand that tickets will only be re-validated if Rendezvous Perth Scarborough officially cancels a screening. Refunds for tickets due to a cancellation caused by adverse weather will not be allowed.
