90 min Holy Yoga®️ Nidra (Seasonal Monthly Class) goes beyond deep relaxation; it is a precise journey through the energy sheaths, or koshas, culminating in the blissful state of yogic rest. Guys + Gals - all levels welcome including beginners.This practice guides your awareness into areas often obscured by tension. By systematically relaxing each part of your physical body and shifting your awareness to your subtle layers, emotions, and deeper mind, you will experience a profound sense of ease and a renewal of your entire being. 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of three to four hours of unconscious sleep. Yoga Nidra provides access to: Healing, Cognition, Transformation, Resolution, Spiritual Awakening. In this time we will experience Holy Yoga®️ Nidra and a time for journaling and light snacks.
Please wear comfortable stretchy clothes and bring a yoga mat, any props needed, towel & water (available @TW). Hydration Advised!
