Discover a vibrant and inclusive space for young minds to thrive at Unity in Greensboro's Sunday Spiritual Foundations Program! Every Sunday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, join us for an enriching experience tailored for two distinct age groups: a dynamic kids program for ages 4-11 and an engaging and youth led teen program for ages 11-18.
Youth Gathering Highlights:
👶🏽🧒🏼 Kids Program (Ages 4-11):
- Curriculum Exploration: Dive into the captivating world of "Holy Troublemakers and Unconventional Saints." This engaging curriculum and supplemental materials encourage creativity and spiritual exploration by exploring the stories of living and historical figures who have stood up for what they believed and made a difference.
- Cultural Competency: Through interactive activities and storytelling, we teach cultural competency, fostering an understanding and appreciation for diverse traditions and customs.

- In-Depth Curriculum: Explore profound lessons from "Holy Troublemakers and Unconventional Saints," supplemented with thought-provoking materials that challenge and inspire. This program aims to empower teens to navigate their spiritual journeys with confidence and authenticity, and teaches them to stand up for others.
- Cultural Connection: Our teens will embark on a journey of global exploration, learning about different cultures and traditions. This not only enriches their understanding but also encourages an appreciation for diversity and unity.

Both programs will intertwine the exploration of spirituality with cultural competency. Our goal is to instill a sense of curiosity and respect for various cultural practices, creating well-rounded individuals who appreciate the beauty of diversity.

How to Join:
- Tickets are NOT needed for this program. If you wish to RSVP, you may do so at our website, but it is not necessary. First time visitors should arrive a few minutes early to check in and provide parent/guardian contact info.
- Park in the big lot across the street and come in through the main door on the right, with the Unity in Greensboro sign. Accessible entrance and parking are available in the back, near the playground.
- Follow signs for Fellowship Hall and ask an usher for the youth programs. They will escort your family upstairs to the youth rooms.
- All youth are welcome. If your child or teen requires accomodations, please notify us in advance so we have time to make accomodations to the best of our and our historic building's abilities. Email [email protected]. Unity in Greensboro is LGBTQIA+ affirming.
