Calling all Locals!We are 2 weeks away from the Annual Holy Innocents’ Summer Fair! The sun is starting to shine more and I think we are going to be in for a fair to remember…
This year we have multiple bouncy castles for the kids, exciting food stalls featuring many cultural delights and bakes, Miffle Mix Pick n Mix, craft and toy stalls. The PFA grill, where you can grab a bargain burger or hotdog, an ice cream van and games for the kids (and the adults too)!
Our local ‘little entrepreneurs’ will also be setting up and running stalls, flexing their business acumen on the day to help raise money for the school they attend.
We are encouraging everyone to come along with the family and bring a picnic blanket and/or chairs, to set up and make a day of it!
Currently the school is seeking to expand into a block located at the top of the school. This has fallen into disrepair over several years. We are in the process of improving this and PFA funding is part of this story. We hope to get the block in working order at the start of next academic year, so that the pre-school can expand and ensure longevity of this lovely little school over many years to come…
Holy Innocents’ is a school where morality and kindness sit at its core. HI has educated and produced well rounded, honest and caring students during its time and we hope that many children in future years have the opportunity to experience this too. Raising this funding is CRUCIAL to our big picture thinking and long term success!
The fair is Saturday 6th July between 12 and 4pm at Holy Innocents’ School, Mitchell Road, Orpington. So come on by and don’t miss out on a day of family fun while supporting a local school!
