Come join us for amazing sound and reiki healing. We will offer some charged water as we start out with 10 minutes of Qi Gong to get your energy moving. You will then lay down and get comfy for a short guided meditation with Jennifer, as Lynne plays her beautiful singing bowls.
This is very beneficial to relax, decompress and let go of the stress.
