Allow every cell, molecule and electron of your body to be totally renewed and restored as your subtle bodies and emotions are healed, balanced and elevated.
This sound healing event combines a special guided energy meditation along with the crystal bowls, healing gong, and other sacred sound healing instruments to usher you into a deep state of peace and relaxation on this sound healing journey.
Please bring what you need to enjoy a comfortable experience as everyone will be laying down on the floor for the session. A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye-mask and water bottle are encouraged. You are also welcome to bring crystals and other sacred objects if you choose. All are welcome. No experience necessary.
