In Sicily, cookies are an artform – celebratory bites with centuries of history and meaning, as well as centuries of delighting young and old. Join Chef Annette Tomei and roll up your sleeves – we’re making cannoli, from shells to filling and finishing. You’ll also learn to make the famous Sicilian “S” cookies, and traditional Spiced Chocolate Cookies, too. Take home a box of your homemade treats as well the new book Sicily, My Sweet by Victoria Granof (included in the ticket price), from which we’ll be baking, just in time for the holidays.
