About this Event
We will sit with Holy Basil/Tulsi (Ocimum sp.) in different forms–tea, tincture, body oil–allowing us to connect deeply with the plant and with our bodies. We will notice how we feel, listen to our bodies and observe any sensations or impulses that we feel to help us gain an embodied understanding of this plant.
I will then guide everyone through a meditation specifically written for Holy Basil, deepening our connection and understanding of the benefits and gifts this plant has to offer.
Please bring a mug for tea.
