Our evening begins with a sumptuous cheese board, showcasing the finest selections from Cheese Boutique alongside a welcome Champagne toast. Curated by renowned Cheese Master Afrim Pristine, you’ll taste a variety of exquisite cheeses that highlight Cheese Boutique’s unique offerings.
Following this delightful introduction, indulge in a meticulously crafted four-course meal. This menu is a collaboration between the talented Malcolm Webster, Executive Chef at Holts Café and Afrim Pristine, designed to tantalize your taste buds and provide a memorable dining experience.
Each course will be thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from CB Wine Program, guiding your culinary journey.
Cash bar will be available all evening for any additional drinks desired.
