What is Holotropic-Inspired Breathwork?

It is a powerful practice that uses conscious connected breathing, breath holds, evocative music, and a safe container to access expanded states of awareness. This style of breathwork invites you to journey beyond the mind and into the depths of your subconscious, unlocking repressed emotions, memories, and insights that are ready to be felt, released, or integrated.
