The day will begin with an explanation and demonstration of Holotropic Breathwork. You will begin the process lying comfortably on a mat with eyes closed. As you journey inward, you will be guided by evocative music that stirs the depths of your psyche. Through deep and fast continuous breaths, you’ll access a profound state of consciousness, uncovering hidden insights, releasing stress, and experiencing a transformation unique to your inner journey. After this powerful session, you’ll create a mandala—a symbol of wholeness—capturing the essence of your experience. Finally, you’ll share your journey with others in a supportive group circle, connecting on a deeply human level.
Mari Castle, PhD, is a Certified Holotropic Breathwork practitioner since 2005, a holistic health practitioner, transformational life coach, and author of two insightful books. She earned a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology and a Masters degree in Oriental Medicine, and combines her deep understanding of various cultural healing practices with modern insights to foster holistic wellness. She is dedicated to helping individuals explore non-ordinary states of consciousness (NOSC) and achieve balance with the mind, body, and spirit connection, emphasizing the integration of a higher spiritual connection through deep process Holotropic Breathwork. Mari utilizes the Jungian Individuation process, archetypal analysis, along with identification with symbolism and mythology as a method for integration of holotropic states of consciousness.
