This workshop is for beginners and for those experienced with Holotropic Breathwork. Everyone is welcome.
Holotropic Breathwork™ is a powerful, experiential breathing process that allows for self-exploration and healing. With eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and the music in the room to enter an expanded state of consciousness. In this state, the natural inner healing and transformation potential of the breather is activated. The inner healing wisdom that guides the experience naturally leads you to the aspects that are emotionally charged and ready to be processed or integrated.

Saturday 25.01.2025 11:00am - 10:00pm: Breathwork sessions
Sunday 26.01.2025 2:30pm - 5:30pm: integration time
The number of participants are limited.
This is not a residential workshop but if you come from somewhere else we are happy to help to find an accommodation.
The workshop will be held in english with german translation.
