Holotropic means traveling toward wholeness.
Holotropic Breathwork is a breathing technique that allows participants to access non-ordinary states of consciousness. Using the breath alone, participants are able to experience new levels of insight, bringing about emotional healing and deep personal growth.
Join us for a beautiful 90 minute journey. We will breathe actively for 60 minutes. Dropping in and intention setting will bring us in at the beginning, and opportunities for integration will round out the experience at the end.
Please wear comfortable clothing. It is also advised to refrain from eating a heavy meal at least 1 hour prior to doing breathwork.
You will need:
A high quality yoga mat. (studio mat rentals are $5)
Water (we have a water refill station in studio)
Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
We totally understand that things come up! If you’re unable to attend, please cancel at least an hour in advance through your Momence app. If you don’t cancel ahead of time your drop-in or class credit will be forfeited.
