Join us for a weekend of Holotropic Breathwork and movement meditation in the historical andcultural town of Haugesund!
In this full two-day workshop we'll be combining Holotropic Breathwork, movement meditation and mandala making.
We'll be diving deep into our senses and subconscious allowing our bodies and hearts to open, release and heal.

Please note:
Schedule hours could be modified depending of the needs of the group and the flow of the day. It is important and mandatory to stay until the closing of the workshop, closing and integration is of
outmost importance to provide a soft landing after the deep work of Holotropic Breathwork®. You will be required to attend the full hours of the workshop, both days.
Food:
Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided. Please pack your own lunch box.
Payment:
Earlybird rate: When paid before October 9th - 3000kr.

Cancellation policy:
The payment is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by us or we find reason through your medical statement that participation is unfit for you. You will be contacted with payment information once you submit your application.

Are you new to Holotropic Breathwork?
Holotropic Breathwork is a powerful and effective technique of experiential psychotherapy and deep self-exploration within transpersonal psychology. Its purpose is to achieve greater self-
understanding, expansion of self-identity, and to facilitate access to the roots of emotional and psychosomatic problems.
Holotropic Breathwork invites the breather on a deep journey inward supported by accelerated breath and evocative music. Energy releasing bodywork techniques are provided where requested or needed. Mandala drawing/painting and group sharing are important tools for the integration of the experience after the session.
Contraindications for Holotropic Breathwork are high blood pressure, heart problems, severe mental illness, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness, epilepsy, glaucoma and
pregnancy.
