Directed by Agnieszka Holland, this gripping historical drama follows Welsh journalist and Cambridge graduate Gareth Jones, who risked everything to uncover the truth about the Soviet-made famine in Ukraine. His voice was one of the few speaking truth to power, in a world seduced by Soviet propaganda.
As Ukraine faces new horrors of war and genocide today, this film reminds us why we must remember, resist manipulation, and protect the truth.
