About this Event

Hollywood Java Presents: Friends of Hollywood Cupping

The event begins at Caffe Driade, where attendees will gather October 8,2025 between 10:00–11:00 AM to grab a coffee, mingle, and set the tone for the day.

At 11:00 AM, the group will walk to Carrboro Coffee Roasters, located on the Caffe Driade property, for a private roastery tour and an intimate coffee cupping session led by Carrboro’s experts. Guests will learn how origin, processing, and roasting methods influence flavor—and why Direct Trade relationships with farmers are vital to the future of specialty coffee.

After the cupping we'll head over to Bartaco for lunch and conversation.

Tickets cover entry to the cupping and roastery experience; guests are responsible for their own drinks at Caffe Driade and meals at Bartaco.
