"It’s always exciting to visit a new place and welcome newbies to spread their wings in our field kitchen. This is our first visit to the Annapolis area and a debut OITF appearance for Chefs Alex Flynn and Greg Anderson, who will collaborate for the feast. A 4th generation family farm on the Broadneck Peninsula jutting out into Chesapeake Bay, Hollywood Farm raises Katahdin sheep on 90 acres of pastureland. The farm also hosts small-scale growers who provide produce for the local community, including Maidstone Harvest, whose garden plot delivers specialty produce to area restaurants. Chef Flynn has a passion for preserving, pickling, and fermenting; Chef Greg is known for his modern take on the old world cuisines of Germany and France. We expect very good things."
