Hollyweird – Storytelling Variety Show
In the LECTURE ROOM
A wondrous and strange storytelling variety show featuring stories told by iconic guests from all corners of Hollyweird. Hosted by Bridey Elliott, each guest will share a story, in a manner of their choosing, all unified by a theme. Sure to be a whimsical, surprising, and stirring evening!

Bridey Elliott (Host)
Bridey Elliott is an actress, comedian and filmmaker. She starred in the SXSW Grand Jury Prize winning indie, “Fort Tilden”. In 2018, Bridey’s dark comedy feature, “Clara’s Ghost”, went to Sundance and was released theatrically by MGM Orion. In 2020, “The Starr Sisters”, Bridey’s first documentary she co-directed, was awarded the Audience Pick from Palm Springs ShortFest and the Special Jury Prize from Aspen Shortsfest. Her latest narrative short, “Mirror Party,” premiered at Sundance 2023.
Kimmy Robertson
Kimmy Robertson is an iconic actress best known for her role as “Lucy” on Twin Peaks. Other credits include: Beauty and the Beast, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, and My Mom’s A Werewolf.
Charles Rogers
Charles Rogers is the co-creator of Search Party, the critically acclaimed dark comedy series that ran for five seasons on Max. He is the co-writer and co-director of the independent film Fort Tilden, which won the Grand Jury Award at the 2014 SXSW Film Festival. His short film, Men Don’t Whisper, which he co-wrote and starred in, was an official selection at Sundance and SXSW. Charles has been named one of OUT 100, Forbes’ 30 Under 30, one of The Hollywood Reporter’s Power Showrunners, and Variety's 10 Writers to Watch.
Mitra Jouhari
Mitra is an LA-based comedian, writer, and performer. Mitra co-created and starred in the Adult Swim Series THREE BUSY DEBRAS, which was produced by Amy Poelher’s Paper Kite Productions. Mitra has written for such shows as BIG MOUTH, MIRACLE WORKERS, and HIGH MAINTENANCE.
Stephen Winter
Stephen Winter is an award-winning filmmaker known for writing and directing Jason and Shirley and Chocolate Babies, twice featured on the Criterion Channel. Playwright Jeremy O. Harris has called Stephen “The father of modern Black Queer cinema.” In 2023, Stephen directed “The Space Within” -the number one fiction podcast for Audible, produced and starring Jessica Chastain.

REFUND POLICIES
All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for PRS events, except in the event of a medical emergency, including but not limited to a positive COVID-19 test.
In the event that PRS is forced to cancel an event entirely, tickets will be refunded or vouchers offered for a rescheduled event.
PARKING
Parking is available in both front lot (entry from Los Feliz Blvd. when heading east) and back lot (entry from first alley way, off Griffith Park Blvd. from intersection with Los Feliz Blvd.), as well as ample street parking on Griffith Park Blvd.
PRS EVENT POLICIES
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
* Events are subject to change without notice, including guest speakers and/or performers.
* We encourage you to arrive at least 30 min. before the scheduled event start time to find parking, enjoy the Bookstore and take your seats.
* Please turn off all mobile devices before the show. Talking and texting are not allowed during the events.
* No filming, audio recording or mobile phone recording of events, screenings, concerts or other programs by audience members is allowed without permission.
* There is no smoking permitted on PRS grounds.
* We strongly encourage guests to wear masks to PRS events to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.
* PRS allows Service Animals into the facility under ADA and state guidelines. For further details please visit www.ADA.gov. No animals permitted whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support, under ADA guidelines and CA Health Code.
* Please do not bring outside food or drink into PRS events.
* Weapons are strictly prohibited at PRS events.
