The Holistic Wellness Taster is an intimate boutique style expo that is here to help you bridge the gap.
From the limits of western medicine to exploring complementary alternative medicine (CAM) and therapies. We're here to guide you on a journey of rediscovering what support looks like.
Alternative therapists and practitioners all with the same mission: to help you to learn how to nurture yourself on all levels, mind, body, and spirit.
Try before you buy experiences donated by the stall holders.
As a bonded wellness team, the floor buzzes with love and support. Once you enter, you won't want to leave!

And if you're up for the VIP treatment, you can upgrade to the self-care immersion experience.
This opportunity runs like an in-house Mini-Weekend Retreat right along side the expo.
There will be 2 break out rooms with professional facilitators running their modalities with the purpose of nurturing your mind, body, and soul.
***You have 2 options:
Lady Liberty VIP- is a whole weekend for women only 18+, with a bonus sound healing and priority access to stalls on Friday evening the 23rd of August.
Liberty VIP- for anyone 16+ you can choose Saturday or Sunday to immerse yourself in holistic wellness practices. Check out the VIP schedule on the website, and you can check out our facilitators on the website.

For woman only over 18 years old. You will get to experience the magic that happens when woman gather, seeking to reconnect with the self and support one another.

Friday Twilight:
5:30-6pm- Registration
6-7pm- Sound Healing
7-7:30- Nibbles
7:30- 9pm- Twilight Priority access to stalls

Saturday
10am- Woman's Circle- Feminine Awakening (Nandini)
11am- Mindful Self-Compassion (Melita)
12-3pm- Wander the Expo
3pm- Breathwork and Movement (Lisa and Laura)
4pm- Sound Bath (Sue Smith)
Sunday
10am- Ancient Rituals for social connection (Emma Mc)
11am- Hatha Vinyasa Flow (Jenn)
12-3pm- Wander the Expo
3pm- Qigong (Angie)
4pm- Frequency Flow (Ramon)

You get to participate in the Friday Twilight bonus evening and then choose either the Saturday or Sunday festivities (you can, of course, buy a single ticket for both days if you wish).

The VIP mini-weekend retreat experience is designed so that you have the opportunity to fully engage in alternative healing practices so that you know how to move forward to continue your journey to wellness.
