Our Holistic Weight Management Group offers a supportive, judgment-free space for individuals working toward weight loss, gain, or maintenance with compassion and care.Led by Tyler Mauler, certified herbalist and fitness nutrition specialist, and co-facilitated by therapist and yoga instructor Megan Miller, LGPC, the group blends body-based practices, mindset work, and practical strategies for lasting balance.
This group is open to anyone, including those managing conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol, or hormone imbalances, and can complement individual wellness services at Evolve.
📅 This group meets at 6 pm on the following Wednesdays:
- September 10 and 24
- October 8 and 22
- November 5 and 19
- December 3 and 17

💲 Out-of-Pocket Cost
- $35 per session for new and current clients
- $28 for Evolve Wellness members
- $18 for current nutrition coaching clients
