8.45 am we will embark on The Georgian
9.00 am Introductions/sharing circle, a cup of tea and Breakfast is provided (croissants/pastries etc)

9.30 I will take us on a guided meditation and identifying any inner blocks. Our river cruise begins, where we will then move to the top deck and take in the views whilst journaling anything that comes to us that we wish to release and transform and enjoy the picturesque views down the River....
11.00 After a cup of Lotus Flower tea (which connects us to our divinity and higher self) I will then take us into the beautiful lounge below deck where we will have a guided meditation, channelled vortex divine energy healing and immersive sound bath clearing all that we need to release and what beliefs we wish to bring in to create change and flow in our lives....
12.15 Goodbyes
(If people then want to go on somewhere to have lunch and continue the beautiful day, there are two beautiful pubs in Bray. (The Crown & the Hinds Head in Bray village.). Or bring a picnic to sit in the stunning grounds by the river when we get off.
Energy Exchange £111. Deposit to reserve is £55.00 (This is non refundable as I still have to pay for the boat hire even if someone can't make it last minute).
Refreshments are provided and each person will get a little gift bag from me to take with you on your journey moving forward...
Please wear flat shoes, comfortable clothes (suitable to weather), bring a warm jumper if required, a blanket, pillow & yoga mat (if you own one)
