Dec 4th will be a walking meet up! We will meet at the office at 9:30am, and leave at 9:45 to walk to a nearby park. If you know you will be late, please message Dr. Sarah for the park location. Please bring strollers or wear your babies, and you may want to bring a small towel or blanket for sitting in the grass. (weather permitting, if there is rain we will be inside).---
mom meet up 101:
a cozy, judgment-free gathering for postpartum + newborn life.
Whether you’re navigating the early weeks or deep into the fourth trimester, this meet up is your space to breathe, connect, ask questions, and feel supported. This group is for moms + babies up to 1 (ish). This group is for the mamas, so please try not to come with toddlers + older kiddos.
Together, we’ll share what's going on in our worlds and discuss relevant topics around this season such as
• breastfeeding or bottle feeding
• postpartum healing + pelvic recovery
• sleep, soothing, and daily rhythms
• digestion, reflux, body tension
• birth stories + emotional processing
• identity shifts + mental load
• support systems (or feeling like you don’t have one yet)
• holistic alternatives for common conditions
This group is intentionally low-key and come-as-you-are. Show up in PJs, messy bun, spit-up shirt. Show up late if it means you don't miss it.
Our goal is to build a community who can rely on one another in this wild and unfamiliar season and learn tips + tricks before you need them.
