For this training, my experiences, influence and certification in Ayurveda comes from both Mysore India, Dr Mark Halpern; Director of The California College of Ayurveda & David Frawley. Ayurveda is fun! Food, deep sleep, and understanding the bodies constitution and signs is accessible medicine. I can't wait to share this! creative approach to holistic living.
