Holistic Kids Yoga: E.N.E.R.G.Y.is 7 weeks of exploring yoga movements and topics like E. for Energy, R. for Rest, G. for Gunas and more! During our spring series together, there will be fun yoga games, playful poses, creative activities, mindfulness, breath, stillness and more.
Our intention is to create classes in a safe community setting to help your child learn how to notice and how to compassionately connect to their energy within, and how to use the power of their body, breath, and mind to bring yoga off their mats into their friendships, families, and schools.
