� Holistic Health Session Follow‑UpA huge thank‑you to all the athletes and families who joined us on December 16 for our first Holistic Health session with Jennifer Chandler at the Canada Games Centre.
Even with the heavy winds and rain, our Grit community showed incredible commitment — and the session was a fantastic success. Jennifer walked our young athletes and their parents through the core foundations of holistic health, helping everyone understand how nutrition, mindset, recovery, and lifestyle all work together to support performance and wellbeing.
This first session laid the groundwork. The upcoming sessions will build on these concepts, giving athletes and families the tools to maximize their holistic health for stronger training, better recovery, and long‑term results.
