This class not only shares herbal hacks, but homeopathy and other exercises that we sensitive types can utilize to make life a bit easier.
We look at the physiology of the sensitive soul (there's a physical reason why you are the way you are) who frequently struggles with overstimulation, anxiety, and desire to withdraw because its "Just too people-ee out there"
