Holistic fitness class for mature ladies of all levels
Come join us at The Hampton Gym's studio near Worcester Park and Motspur Park stations for a rejuvenating holistic fitness class tailored specifically for mature ladies of all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or have been exercising for some time, this class is designed to help you improve your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being in a supportive and encouraging environment. The exercises will be tailored to all fitness levels
The 60 min session will be broken down in the following stages:
Forms completion *
1) Warm up
2) Cardio;
3) Resistance and body strength (without weights);
4) Core exercises;
5) Cool down stretches
*Please contact me in advance via email: [email protected] to enable me send you some forms to be completed prior the session or alternatively they can be completed on the day (ideally prior to the session).
Please bring the exercise mat, water, towel.
The entrance to the Gym can be found through one of the side doors of the White Hamptons building facing the main road - Green Lane. Please use the button labelled Gym:).
